Guest Policy & Procedures

The prom policy allows a BDCHS student to bring one guest (age 20 and under).

BDCHS Underclassmen (Freshmen & Sophomore) Guests:  

  • Underclassmen may only attend prom as the guest of a current junior or senior.

NON-BDCHS Guests:

  • Any BDCHS student requesting to bring a guest, who is not a BDCHS student, must complete a 2025 BDCHS Prom Guest Request Form

    • Hard copies of this form are available through PCSD 3, PCSD 4, or in the front office. 

  • The form must be completed and returned to Mr. Healey's office before guest tickets are purchased.

  • Do Not Delay!  This form requires the signature of an administrator of the guest's school, which may require time.  

  • Forms will not be accepted after Friday 4/11 at 2p.  

  • Please allow up to two (2) school days for approval.  

  • Once approval is received the guest ticket may be purchased (based on availability) using the designated link (to be shared during ticket sales). 

  • Guests must have a current photo identification in their possession and must present it at the door.

Senior Exams

Exam  Exemption Criteria

Graduation

While we understand that many of our graduates have large families, graduation is hosted at a venue with capacity limitations and it is important that we ensure quality seating is made equally available to all families.  Each graduating student with be allocated/guaranteed 11 tickets (at no cost) for family and friends.  If students do not need all 11 tickets, exchanges are permitted.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.

Senior Dress Code Notes

Jeans: Seniors are allowed to wear jeans on Fridays as a privilege. This privilege may be revoked due to disciplinary action or due to noncompliance of the uniform policy. Jeans shall not have rips, holes, tears, frayed edges, appliques, or images/words. Jeans shall be an appropriate fit, and in keeping with appropriate length for shorts, skorts, and skirts, as mentioned above.

 Approved Class T-Shirt:  This includes the PAC spirit shirt (available on their website) or the senior t-shirt, which will be designed by the senior class and available for purchase around September.  Seniors who have earned a college acceptance may wear the college shirt on spirit days starting semester 2, once the Assistant Principal of Administration has received and reviewed proof of the college acceptance(s).

 Outerwear:  During the school day, non-uniform jackets and outerwear are NOT permitted and must be taken off when entering the building. Only BDCHS school crest outerwear may be worn as an outer garment during school hours. Hooded outerwear is NOT permitted inside the building, even if it has the BDCHS school crest. BDCHS Letterman jackets and PAC Spirit outerwear are approved outerwear options.

Senior Class Advisor

The BDCHS Senior Class Advisor is responsible for advising and overseeing the senior class activities.
