Grad Bash is officially sold out.  As a reminder for students who made a deposit, the final payment of $125 will be due by the end of January.  The final payment link will open on 1/1/25.  

Cap & Gown Ordering Information

  • At a minimum, ALL SENIORS MUST PURCHASE a Cap, Gown and Tassel Unit (currently $60.47+tax) for graduation.  Please do not order if you are purchasing a package that already includes the “Cap & Gown Unit.” 

    • The required cap & gown unit includes a cap, gown, and tassel. Purchasing an "extra"/keepsake tassel is optional.

    • Prices will increase regularly as graduation approaches so please do not delay in ordering. 

  • In addition to the cap and gown unit, Jostens offers custom graduation announcements, senior class memorabilia, senior gear, class rings, etc.  There are many packages and a la carte items to choose from.  These items are optional and can be purchased HERE.  PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase a package that includes the “Cap & Gown Unit,” you do NOT need to place an additional order for a cap and gown using the link highlighted above.  

  • There are interest-free payment options available on many of the packages.

  • Shipping Information: 

    • Cap, Gown and Tassel Units – Shipped to the school and distributed to students in April or May

    • All Other Purchases – Shipped to home address

Exam Exemption Criteria

Graduation Tickets

While we understand that many of our graduates have large families, graduation is hosted at a venue with capacity limitations and it is important that we ensure quality seating is made equally available to all families.  At this time, each graduating student with be allocated/guaranteed 10 tickets (at no cost) for family and friends.  There is a possibility that additional tickets may be made available at a later date.  However, this is not a guarantee.  If students do not need all 10 tickets, exchanges are permitted.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy. 

Senior Dress Code Notes

Jeans: Seniors are allowed to wear jeans on Fridays as a privilege. This privilege may be revoked due to disciplinary action or due to noncompliance of the uniform policy. Jeans shall not have rips, holes, tears, frayed edges, appliques, or images/words. Jeans shall be an appropriate fit, and in keeping with appropriate length for shorts, skorts, and skirts, as mentioned above.

 Approved Class T-Shirt:  This includes the PAC spirit shirt (available on their website) or the senior t-shirt, which will be designed by the senior class and available for purchase around September.  Seniors who have earned a college acceptance may wear the college shirt on spirit days starting semester 2, once the Assistant Principal of Administration has received and reviewed proof of the college acceptance(s).

 Outerwear:  During the school day, non-uniform jackets and outerwear are NOT permitted and must be taken off when entering the building. Only BDCHS school crest outerwear may be worn as an outer garment during school hours. Hooded outerwear is NOT permitted inside the building, even if it has the BDCHS school crest. BDCHS Letterman jackets and PAC Spirit outerwear are approved outerwear options.
